By enrolling in the Atlanta Koi Club’s Auto Pay Membership Subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Recurring Payments By opting into Auto Pay, you authorize the Atlanta Koi Club to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (annually or monthly, depending on your selected plan) for the current membership fee. Payment Method You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information. If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your membership may be suspended until payment is received. Renewal & Cancellation Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel Auto Pay at any time by contacting us at membership@atlantakoiclub.org or through your membership account portal. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Refund Policy Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel mid-cycle, your membership will remain active until the end of the current paid term. Price Changes The Atlanta Koi Club reserves the right to update membership fees. In the event of a change, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and you will have the option to cancel before the new rate takes effect. Termination We reserve the right to cancel your membership and Auto Pay enrollment at any time for violation of club policies or misuse of benefits. By enrolling in Auto Pay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
